COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding purchased goods, including the process of the execution of an order, must be filed in online form to the email address : duolife.ie@gmail.com
When making a complaint application, please keep in mind that it should contain the following information at least:
– Customer identification (first and last name, address, email address, phone number, and Customer number – in the case of the registered customer)
– Order number
– The subject of the complaint (product name, product number, and the color and size of the product – in the case of clothes)
– The reason for the complaint (depending on the case, it could be possible that it will be necessary to also show us some photos of the product. We will ask you to do it when needed).
We will response to your complaint in the same form, in which it was presented to us, ie. in writing or electronically form.
We promise to deal with it immediately, not later than 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of your complete complaint.
We will inform and instruct you promtly as well, in the case of any shortcomings in your complaint application
RETURNS
If it turns out that the product did not meet your expectations, you can resign for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please remember that this is possible only if the product was not used and has not been damaged in any way.
The product should be returned at your own expense and in the original packaging.
Of course, it is also possible to exchange a clothing product if the size is not good. You should then send the product in its original condition together with the all “Customer informations as first and last name, address, email address, phone number, and Customer number – in the case of the registered customer Order number”
